The blending stage is a critical area of production, for without a homogenous blend the finished product will not meet specifications. PNP Pharmaceuticals has three blenders that are specifically designed and validated for different applications.

• large ribbon blender that has a capacity of 50 cubic feet and has a maximum blend capacity of 1000kg (2200lb).
• large V-Blender that has a capacity of 35 cubic feet and has a maximum blend capacity of 500kg (1100lb).
• small offset twin cone blender that has a capacity of 5 cubic feet and has a maximum blend capacity of 100kg (220lb).
