Account Executive

PNP Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Account Executive to join our Sales team.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Procurement of new customer accounts to increase profit
  • Manage and service existing accounts
  • Customer service, which includes developing strong relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty
  • Prepare customer quotations, which includes providing customers with an expected budget, payment agreements, and delivery estimates
  • Review contracts and oversee purchase agreements
  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to assess and assist customers with their problems or inquiries
  • Work closely with operations and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers with complaints or inquiries related to products, services or purchases
  • Keep up-to-date on current market changes and trends
  • Work and attend tradeshows both local and out of town
  • Process purchase orders
  • Conduct customer facility tours
  • Conduct inventory reports when required by both customer and PNP
  • Offer suggestions for process improvement when identified
  • Other related duties as specified by supervisor

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales/customer service role: 2 years (Required)
  • Experience in pharmaceutical / nutraceutical / food industry: 2 years (Required)
  • BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing, preferred
  • Trained in Good Manufacturing Practices *(GMP)
  • Has knowledge of NHPD regulations
  • Have practical experience in the responsibility area
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Relationship-building and people skills
  • Professional selling skills
  • Researching and sourcing skills
  • MS office, Internet and online research tools
  • Mathematical skills
  • Leadership qualities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and resolve any issues or inquiries in a timely manner
  • Ability to gain customer’s loyalty and provide excellent customer satisfaction
  • Ability to understand cost, budgeting and quotation

  • Able to work flexible hours
  • Ability to travel domestically and Internationally
